OVERVIEWI implemented a Power Automate process that automatically sends documents for signing and moves documents to another folder when signed. With this process, the employee only has to put the word document that needs to be signed into the drive folder, and it will transform the word doc into a pdf and send it for signing. When it is signed, it will be automatically moved to another folder.
My implementation is user-friendly on import (all the variables and separated from the actual process), and my implementation ensures that the email is always displayed first in the inbox (if you know when the boss checks his email) as it has a configurable send time.
HOW I APPROACHED THE CHALLENGE
I spent most of the time in this challenge thinking about my idea and how to implement it. The actual implementation took less than a day or two. I used Microsoft Power automate. When submitting my solution, I highlighted that it was user-friendly and the email inbox top-listing.
