Challenge Overview
This contest will merge the Online_Review_Phases component. And ensure all tests can pass smoothly. Two version of this component will be supplied. One for TC - Studio Replatforming project, the other for Review Process Improvements project. The merged component should work for both project.
About TC - Studio Replatforming Project Overview

is competition platform used to launch design competitions. It is currently separate system with its own competition engine. Studio and Software competitions are very similar. Having two systems brings unnecessary complication. We want to redo Studio to run on top of Online Review. This means Online Review will be updated to support Studio
process and Studio site will be updated to use Online Review data model. Replatforming will allow copilots and PMs to manage
competitions via OR while user experience for Studio members and customer won't be changed.
About Review Process Improvements Project Overview
TopCoder attempts to improve the competition review process and is in need for updating current systems for integrating with new review process outlined in separate Competition Review Process Conceptualization document.Currently there are two applications involved in review process. TopCoder Website application is used by the reviewers for signing up for the review positions and listing the statistics for projects and users. Online Review application is actually used for managing the review process providing the users with abilities to upload submissions for contests, fill the screening and review scorecards, submitting and resolving appeals, performing contest results aggregation, submitting final fixes and approving the results of contests.
