SFDC Ad-Hoc Approval Process Proof of Concept

From a �������standard������� approval flow, I want to be able to add Ad-Hoc approvers at any time, in any place in the approval flow. For the purposes of this example, Ad Hoc means a person NOT in the defined approval chain.����

For example, in a 4 person ����approver flow, the defined approval chain would be:

As the Submitter, I want to be able to����add an Ad Hoc approver between Approvers 1 and 2; and 2 other Ad Hoc Approvers between Approvers 3 and 4:

Success Criteria:

• Ability to add Ad Hoc Approvers between any steps in the approval process AFTER the current step (This may require a custom visualforce approval screen and an override of standard Approval buttons)
• ����Ability to record the Ad Hoc approvals and keep in the Approval History for auditability (if possible, if not possible store ad-hoc approvals in a custom object)
• ����Ability to trigger actions on the Approvals
