logout is not terminating the session open in another tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open��https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/��web app
2. Login with tonyj /appirio123
3. Open��https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/��in another tab, since the session is active user will be logged in automatically
4. Now click on logout to logout the user in the first tab
5. Now Come to the second tab and access the tabs
6. Create a group
7. Edit a profile etc.
8. Notice the results

Current Results

logout is not terminating the session open in another tab and user is able to update and access items in the second tab.

Expected Results

logout must terminate all the sessions open in a browser and after logout user should not be able to access the content or update in another tab.

• Device: MacBook Pro 13 inch
• Browser: Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS Version: macOS Catalina 10.15.4
