Add to Group: App stuck when try to creating large group tag name

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the application https://skill-search.topcoder-dev.com/ and login
2. Go to topcoder and tap on available filter option
3. Try to create add to group with 500 char
4. Observe app stuck

Actual Result: App stuck when try to created add to group tag name with 500 char

Expected Result: App should not stuck or add to group name should accept limited of char
