Azure support - Topcoder-X UI cleanup

topcoder-x-ui, AzureController, deleteUsersFromTeam, not implemented for Azure, it is still using gitlab api, does not make sense

As Azure project added, should change the Gitlab/Github Repo Url to Azure. Current display is Github https://prnt.sc/ru16yu

It's only working with following (I tested and only following link format works) https://dev.azure.com/trannghi/test

This default repo link from Azure not working: https://trannghi@dev.azure.com/trannghi/test2/_git/test2 Submission should support this format.
