Add a project form is not cleared

@afrisalyp - Can you look at this one please, when you get a chance?

1. Go to manage project page
2. Click manage button on any project
3. detail page is opened
4. go to dashboard
5. click on "Add a project" button

Expected: Empty project form will open

Actual: values from last projects are filled.
