Configure commit conventional

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current commit messages in the repository doesn't follow any convention which makes hard to track the change log and has to do manually.

Describe the solution you'd like We should enforce commit convention https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/ so that we can track the changes more easily and see the changelog in every release automatically.

Additional context

1. Configure repo to accept only conventional commits
2. Add changelog generator
