Past Challenges Search : Search takes a long time to display results if no challenges were found

1. Go to Past Challenges
2. Search for a keyword that is does not return any results

Expected: The search results (Message "No Past Challenges found") must be displayed at a reasonable amount of time.

Actual: The search keeps going on for more than a few minutes.
