Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges and Login using valid credentials
2. Press All challenges
3. Press Tab
4. Press enter and it will select My Challenge
5. Do tha same for Open for registration, Ongoing challenges

Expected Result While tabbing the current selection should be marked by a rectangle. Any keyboard operable user interface has a mode of operation where the keyboard focus indicator is visible.

Actual Result While tabbing the current selection is not visible.
