Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://www.topcoder.com/challenges?
2. Navigate to "Filters" button and click on it
3. Click on "Sub community" dropdown and mouse hover on any item in list

Expected Result The NVDA should read exactly item name in "Sub community" list dropdown

Actual Result The NVDA don't read exactly item name in "Sub community" list dropdown, it read the wrong item name
