Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Application and Login as a valid user [Portrait]
- Go to Settings > Tools > Subscriptions/Devices/Software/Service providers
- Add 10 items to the list
- Now delete one by one by pressing on the Delete button quickly
- Observe

- Error displayed when user quickly deletes items from the list
- Sometimes you can see the deleted items also re-appearing again
