Welcome to the “myWipro Widgets Design Concepts Challenge ”. myWipro is the employee portal of Wipro, and we are making it persona based. So, various widgets relevant to different roles have to be created. The view of the portal will be customizable through the widgets. Based on the role of the employee, which logs in, the relevant widgets will be shown on the portal screen.

Background Overview
In this challenge you need to conceptualise and design different widgets for the screens mentioned in the html link
- The application will be used internally by all Wipro employees.
- You can refer to the home screen of myWipro through the link below. You can also see the different widgets like myTime, myCareer, Leave etc

- The widgets should be designed with an option of customizing their visibility on different dashboards

Note: Do not design for all these roles. You need to design a widget which would be ideal for all these users/roles.

Description: This widget is the most important one, It will show all the pending tasks across all applications. You can show the pending tasks and then give a transaction link which will take the users to the relevant screen to complete the tasks.

Description: Any approval pending with the employee based on managerial access and role access. Should show the list of pending approvals and also suggest criticality by showing pending since <no.of days>

3. Status
Status of requests raised:
Name of the request, status of the request: WIP/Pending with <person>/approved/rejected/on hold
SLA status/ pending for how many days.

Status could be shown for the following:
Expense claims
Medical claim
Travel request
myRequest

Description: Status of transactions done by you and pending with others.This widget should show the SLA for each transaction and pending days. It should also show the approval metrics as well.

Should show the user’s current role, persona and also provide the ability to ask for correction if incorrectly mapped

Description: Show the current role of the user based on which the persona has been identified and then give an option to the user to ask for change if the role has been incorrectly mapped.

Option to track the break and track their activities every day that will help their productivity. Day planner vs actuals to see what they are doing. Activities to be defined based on user tasks in the organization by role

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Sketch. Layers should be named and well organized.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.
