Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Leadership Dashboard Responsive Design Concepts Challenge. In this challenge, we are looking for you to design and visualize a new leadership dashboard for Wipro. Wipro Leadership is looking for a new dashboard that is comprehensive across all domains to help track and easily visualize KPIs/Metrics. These metrics are across domains like Human Resources, Sales, Delivery, and Finance.

The focus of this challenge is to provide UI/UX design concepts on how to visualize a new Key Performance Indicator dashboard. The dashboard should quickly provide the user with a quick overview of all the information (provided below) and the user should be able to take any required actions.

All the best! We are looking forward to your great concepts.

Round 1

Submit your initial design for a checkpoint feedback:

1. Dashboard (Desktop / Phone)
2. Business Insights (Desktop / Phone)

- As part of your checkpoint submission, you must upload your submission to MarvelApp so we can provide direct feedback on your designs. Please include the MarvelApp URL in your notes.txt.
- Make sure all pages have correct flow. Use the proper file numbers, (1, 2, 3, etc.)

Round 2

Submit your Final Design plus Checkpoint Updates

1. Dashboard (Desktop / Phone)
2. Business Insights (Desktop / Phone)
3. Domain View (Desktop / Phone)

- Sales metrics – Funnel / Order Booked / Win-Loss
- P & L (Profit and Loss)
  i) Revenue
  ii) Cost
  iii) Margins
  iv) Headcount (People in HR)
- People Supply Chain
- Utilization

The metrics are not limited to the above and should be scalable. Drill down and drill through to be available at all metrics level to the granular level.Dashboards should have comparison views, trends.

- As part of your final submission, you must upload your submission to MarvelApp so we can provide direct feedback on your designs. Please include the MarvelApp URL in your notes.txt.
- Make sure all pages have correct flow. Use the proper file numbers, (1, 2, 3, etc.)

Challenge Details
For this challenge, the technology to be used will be Tableau and hence the design should be achievable on Tableau. Tableau is one of the fastest evolving Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tool. Please do your research and also find more information here https://www.tableau.com/. We want the dashboard to be interactive, intuitive and domain specific.

Design Considerations:
- The designs have to be compatible with Tableau (ask questions - we need to figure out these details together)
- 2D vs 3D approach - so how might you engage via modern 3D (tableau dive/click into the information)
- The dashboard should display all information/data from different sources. So this display of data/information should be very precise and clear to all executives
- When executives open dashboard, their attention should easily move to areas that need additional focus
- Different worldwide markets will be using this so subtle items like flags to denote Market/login will be key and beneficial to the overall experience.

Branding Guidelines
The design should follow the attached Wipro branding guidelines
-  Wipro-Branding-guidelines.zip

Documents
Wireframes: Corporate Data Information.docx.zip
