Challenge Details:
A very large, fortune 50 company is looking for an employee-friendly way for other employees to find other employees and explore the org chart associated with them. The design should have a mobile-first approach and expectations are employees will be accessing from their iOS phone. Other nice features could include shortcuts to explore the org chart associated with frequently viewed people (e.g. CEO, CFO, employee business unit SVP, etc).

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

Note:  We don’t have any branding guidelines; so feel free to suggest the colors.

Required Screen Sizes:
- Tablet Resolution: Design for iPad Air 2 Retina Display 2048px x1536px.
- Mobile Resolution: Design for iPhone 6 Retina Display 750px x 1334px.

Design Goals:
- Think how quickly the user can find what he is looking for?
- The application should be easy to use.
- Think simple but effective solutions!
- We are looking for Modern mobile designs including best UI practices, make sure the application is visually appealing.
- We are looking for a responsive design to adapt to different smartphones screen sizes and resolutions.

Suggested User Story (feel free to suggest or remove features)
- James is an employee within a very large firm.
- James wants to find other employees in his firm and explore the org chart associated with them.
- James opens the application and sees a branded splash screen with search options.
- James enters an employee name in search filed and now sees either list of employees that match the search or the employee entry.
- James also can explore the org chart associated with that person.
- Finally James can view full contact information and initiate contact like press to dial or open an email.

Storyboard Requirements:
- We would like you to suggest features/screens that this app should incorporate
0) Navigation:
- Think of how the user should navigate this application?  Keep in mind this App should be easy to use and understand.

1) Splash Screen Page:
- The user opens the application and sees a branded splash screen.
- We need a search input filed in this page, so the user can search for employee names.

2) Search Results Page:
- Here the user sees either list of employees that match the search or the employee entry.

3) Organization Chart Page:
- The user should be able to explore the org chart associated with the person he selects from search results page.
- Organization chart examples, dont copy any of the designs, they are just for referrence:
