Welcome to UNI - Sales iPad App Icon Set Design Challenge. In this Challenge, we are looking for you to design and create 14 related icons  that will help sales representatives complete their daily tasks. This app will use your icons to illustrate the different aspects of the sales process.

UNI Services is a service-focused leader of branded uniform and facility services programs in the United States. We are looking to design icons for an iPad application that will enable/help our field sales representatives with their day-to-day tasks.

Design Guidelines:
Please make sure you follow below design requirements…

- Icons need to illustrate the related sales concepts 
- NOTE: The key thing is that your designs on consistent across all tasks. 
- All icons need to be easily edited and resized
- You must submit .ai  icon source files 
- While we encourage you to research the icon concepts, all icons must be copyright free 
- Theme: Clean, Serious and Professional.
- We had provided a template PNG's, use these as background and place your icons against the corresponding icon name (please see the sample PDF on how you need to place it)
- All graphics must be consistent and look to be part of the same "icon set" (for example, use the  same perspective, weight, etc)

Required Icons:
Provide 14 images (graphics) to support descriptive text for tasks on a sales app.

1) Accounts
- This indicates the clients..


2) Opportunities:
- This indicates that we may be able to make a sale in this situation (indicates an opportunity to make a sale)

3) Contacts 
- This refers to the people to contact for each account..

4) Leads:
- This is as in sales prospects / contact information that may lead to a sale.

5) Quotes:
- This refers to the cost estimate for requested services


6) Sales Tools:
This is a type of sales material, this shows a list of sales tools that user can interact with!

7) Catalogs:
- This is a type of sales material, how can this be indicated..
- Catalog shows
materials that show ALL products AND services we sell

8) Rental Systems:
- This is a type of sales material
- Materials related to all products we have available for rental plans

9) Segments Collateral:
This is a type of sales material
Materials related to specific service areas like : restaurants, manufacturing, etc

10) Videos:
- This shows a list of sales & training videos


11) Products collateral:
This is a type of sales material
Materials related to certain products we sell

12) Direct Sales:
- This refers to the direct selling to the consumer..
- Materials related to things use can order directly from the website

13) Competitive Collateral:
- This is a type of sales material
- Materials related to our competitors and how we are different

14) Forms:

- This is a type of sales material
- Sales agreement, etc forms sales reps need to fill..

- Cleanliness and consistency of your graphics and design
- Quality of your design
- Simplicity.

Submission & Source Files:
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator. Each icon should be a single layer, which is easy to apply color changes to.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback and instructions

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
