Challenge Summary

Welcome to "JH - Dynamic and Editable PDF Layout F2F Design Challenge". In this F2F design challenge, we need your help to create a dynamic PDF form that can be editable. The user will be able to enter and save the content and response to the PDF form directly. Read more details below and join us now!

Note: The First submission that meets our requirements will win this challenge!!
Background Overview
Our brand team needs this attached form (New AN_03.pdf) to be more visually appealing and easy to update. The key is for all fields to be dynamic, so the fields flex depending on the amount of information provided.

Dynamic PDF Requirements:
1. Open "New AN_03.pdf"

2. The layout can remain the same or you can re-arrange it if you think it can improve the UI/UX

3. Only the response areas are able to be edited/input (grey text only)

4. The end user wouldn't be able to edit the questions or labels on the form. Only the admin would be able to change the questions/labels with the same application that was used to create the form (Acrobat or InDesign).

5. The input areas of the form would expand only when content is entered that would cause that display area to expand (a.k.a. dynamic). The remaining form layout would need to respond to this fluctuation. This would eliminate a need for scrolling or trimming that display area.
