Challenge Overview
This is a continuation challenge from the last challenge.
Additional requirements needed as follows:

The condition for a border or partial (~5 px height or width) overlap needs to be implemented.

E.g.

In the above example(Red arrow, Blue Text), both the texts are valid.

In the current script they are considered as overlaps and thereby the larger one is deleted/rejected.

Fix for the same is the border or partial (~5 px height or width) overlaps needs to be marked as non collisions.
The final script should also satisfy the requirements from the previous challenge. The code and data samples from the previous challenge can be found in the Challenge Forums. Please create additional test data which demonstrates the satisfaction of the new boundary conditions.
