Challenge Overview
On the member dashboard page (https://www.topcoder.com/my-dashboard/), we need an additional TCO17 banner above the current existing TCO16 banner. It should look like this (http://imgur.com/a/LSQSG) and the link should point to tco17.topcoder.com. You can find the image we'd like to use for the background attached to the challenge (on the right after you register). It should scale similarly to the TCO16 banner.
