We’re excited to announce the launch of the Topcoder Customer Advisory Council. The Customer Advisory Council (CAC) aims to enhance and evolve the crowdsourcing experience for our customers, and brings together some of Topcoder’s most passionate and engaged customers.
Together, we’re working to increase the adoption of open talent models by understanding the key factors that contribute to and hinder adoption, and collaborating to evolve Topcoder’s product and service offerings.

BRYAN FLEMING
SVP of Product & Technology, T-Mobile
Bryan is the Senior Vice President of Technology, leading the shared services and billing domains within T-Mobile’s Product and Technology organization. Before taking on his current responsibilities, Bryan led T-Mobile’s billing transformation, which currently supports T-Mobile’s Prepaid subscriber base. Bryan has a long and storied career at T-Mobile, having led the Technology Procurement organization as VP, Technical Systems and Business Operations. Bryan came to T-Mobile in 1999, joining the Engineering team. In 2006, he left to join FiberTower as VP, National Operations, and returned to T-Mobile in 2008 to lead T-Mobile’s Fiber to the Cell (FTTC) program, which is a key foundational piece of America’s Fastest 4G Network. Bryan has successfully led key strategic initiatives, including T-Mobile’s small cell program, and various cost savings programs delivering more than $1B in savings.
PAUL HLIVKO
CTO & Chief Experience Officer, Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield
As vice president and chief technology officer at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Hlivko is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of technology transformation, enterprise data management, application delivery, digital technology, innovation, and user experience design. Prior to joining Wellmark, Hlivko served as senior vice president and managing director of IT, digital and innovation at First Niagara Financial Group. Most recently, he led First Niagara's strategic program to deliver the corporation's new operating model and underlying technology transformation. In addition, Hlivko was responsible for digital, application development, enterprise architecture, business intelligence, and technology risk management.
Sajeev NAIR
Head of Global Application Development Management, Zurich Insurance
Sajeev Nair is a technology leader with 25 years’ experience managing complex strategic transformations and operational delivery. His experience spans insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals, technology companies and management consulting. His career has focused on turn-around of underperforming situations, digital leadership, and radical delivery models. Sajeev joined Zurich Insurance in July 2009. At Zurich, Sajeev leads Global Application Development and Maintenance (ADM). In this role, he works with BU CIO’s towards delivering effective and efficient ADM operations, simplifying the application portfolio and building workforce and delivery capabilities for the future.
Sajeev is
passionate about helping organizations and staff navigate the fourth industrial
revolution, with specific focus on digital strategies and workforce
transformation. He is a frequent panelist and speaker at various forums
including G20Y and the World Economic Forum.
Michael Regelski
SVP & CTO, Eaton Corporation
As Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for the Electrical Sector of Eaton, a power management company, Regelski is responsible for working with the sector engineering and business leaders to develop and implement the electrical sector technology strategy. He is also responsible for providing overall direction and guidance for all engineering, program management and technology enhancement initiatives within the sector. Michael Regelski joined Eaton in August 2015. Prior to joining Eaton, he was Vice President, Systems & Controls Engineering for UTC Building & Industrial Systems where he was responsible for growing advanced model-based engineering methods and developing core electronic, controls and software technology platforms across Building & Industrial Systems business units. Regelski was one of the founding members and Vice President, Engineering for Lenel Systems which was acquired by United Technologies in 2005.
