For student and parent wireframe, click on the "Login" link on the top of the page that will show the "Register" option. This option will take you to the registration page.
In the student wireframe, clicking the "Join activity" link on the activity list will give you the options to view the restricted and allowed activity page.
In the parent wireframe, clicking the "Join activity" link on the activity list will allow the parent to monitor the activity.
