Reimagining the Enterprise Claims Experience with Scalable UI and Clean Code
The Challenge
A global technology leader needed to modernize its internal eClaim Management System — a complex platform used by partners and employees to submit, manage, and track claims for damaged products or inventory protection. The existing interface was outdated, hard to navigate, and required excessive scrolling to enter data.
The goal was to deliver a modern, intuitive, and responsive interface that simplifies the claim lifecycle across user roles, supports horizontal layouts, and is easy to scale and maintain across teams.
The Solution
We delivered a streamlined and responsive UI design paired with a fully functional front-end prototype — all within just 72 hours. The new interface simplifies navigation, reduces cognitive load, and ensures users can enter, view, and manage claim details without friction. Features include role-based access, advanced search and filtering, simplified form entry, and clear data visualization.
The codebase followed best practices in structure, validation, and browser compatibility—ready for seamless integration into the client's Apache Tapestry backend.
