The Challenge
GE’s GeniusLink platform connects businesses to a curated network of experts, offering fast, scalable solutions for modern technical challenges. However, the existing website lacked clarity, visual appeal, and a modern user experience—making it difficult to attract new enterprise customers or communicate the platform’s unique value.
GE needed a complete redesign of the site’s structure and UI to simplify navigation, highlight their offerings, and better tell their story. They also needed real-world usability testing and a responsive web build that reflected the refreshed experience.
The Solution
Topcoder launched a multi-phase engagement, beginning with a UI/UX design challenge to reimagine the entire GeniusLink website across seven core pages. Designers focused on simplifying content, improving hierarchy, and creating a modern, professional aesthetic tailored to business decision-makers. A separate 24-hour usability testing challenge followed, helping GE validate the site’s user flows using real users.
Based on the final design, Topcoder delivered a fully developed, responsive WordPress site optimized for engagement and lead generation.

The Impact
GE received a clean, modern site that better reflects the vision and value of GeniusLink. The redesigned site improved content clarity, simplified navigation, and created a more professional first impression for prospective clients.
Usability testing provided actionable insights that shaped the final experience, while Topcoder’s WordPress implementation enabled GE to manage and update content independently. The new experience strengthened GeniusLink’s positioning as a trusted gateway to on-demand innovation.
