Tried the plug-in in a real SRM. Cleaned up Java and C++ templates. 

3/25/2004 v2.00 The initial C++ version

I used v1.00a of this plug-in to compete in nearly 50 events, and to practice in the arena. In addition I privately distributed the plug-in to other coders who wanted to test it.
This version adds support for C++. Modified code generator to enclose all examples in their own blocks {}.


4/13/2003 v1.00a private "Alpha" version

ExampleBuilder is a replacement for the ProblemParser plug-in. It is based on v2.00 of the ProblemParser, re-using the code generator and replacing the parser with the use of the ProblemComponentModel classes. The initial version of the ProblemParser was released in June of 2002.
