Kiril has been a member of Topcoder since 2015. He started as a newbie development competitor and soon realized that he is enjoying the perks from working remotely and the chance for flexible time management. In late 2017 he became a development copilot and started working on projects related to Topcoder platform features. Kiril helped with the Contentful CMS integration on Topcoder and is maintaining it since then. He was invited to the community team and MVP program in 2018, which gave him the chance to experience his first TCO in 2019.
