Overview

Newman is a MVC web application that utilizes FreeMarker templates. For this project, the client is updating the application. First they are restyling the UI to make it more modern and engaging. Secondly, they are adding some new functionality.

Requirements

Currently the data for the template customizer is modified by text inputs in the left column. In this challenge we need to change web/src/main/webapp/js/angular/templates/screen.tpl such that users can edit the data inline. The behavior should mimic PowerPoint when editing text with a few customizations.

Please follow https://gitlab.com/Hercules-Newman/newman/blob/api/topcoder.md to get the app running and log in.

Now select a template, and you'll see the "Customize" button:
