Challenge Overview
We are looking for a copilot to help create a visualization of customer behavior patterns within a retail location to help optimize the experience and interaction. A detailed questionnaire will be posted to the forum to help gauge the scope and technologies. The client currently has a production dashboard and draft wireframes to enhance the production dashboard screen(s). The overall goal would be to further enhance the dashboard visualization and build a standalone visualization object that will scale and can eventually be plugged into the client's system.
Goal
- Create a game plan including the cost and timeline to design and build the visualization
- Include a strategy discussion describing the approach from start to finish along with notes and details
- Include notes on any experience you've had in similar areas
Criteria
- Strategy discussion: This is a very important aspect of the gameplan in our view. Describing why we will use each challenge is important but please take time to describe a clear overall strategy for this effort.
- Clear and realistic plan: How clear is the plan and how likely is it to succeed? Is the scope and pricing in the correct range? Are the different, iterative phases of development clear and easy to understand? Are the prizes/prices accurate? Is there thought around how we will QA and test the application?
- Clear outputs: Outputs for each challenge are clearly defined and necessary
