Challenge Overview
This project will create a Rate Plan Analysis (RPA) engine that will review recent customer service usage and recommend alternative rate plans to lower their total spend. This tool is meant for use in the wireless telecom space. It will provide RPA on large corporate and government accounts that will have multiple lines of service over different device types (smartphone, basic phone, wireless hotspot, tablets, etc).
The tool will take in a set of billing account numbers (BAN) and a buffer %. It will output a report that will list the customer's current summarized usage, plans, and spend. It will propose alternative rate plans that would meet their usage needs as well as reduce their monthly spend.
The front-end should be web-based. The database needs to be Oracle or MySQL.
