Challenge Overview
The client produces streams from video cameras that often need to be converted from one format to another to easier stream to specific devices or address other environmental or technical constraints. This contest is to identify a copilot who will manage this effort. As part of this, you will be responsible for reviewing the initial set of requirements and creating a game plan that does the following:
- Work with team architect to define proof of concept release in 2-4 weeks that demonstrates key portion of final solution and reduces risk
- Designs and builds the a service which implements all requirements (including scalability, format, etc) as well as the necessary QA track of activities to ensure quality.
