Mobile Employee Product Issue Reporter
We’re looking for a mobile application that can be used by Company Employees to quickly and easily communicate to Head Office any product availability and quality issues they see in Retail Stores.
We have this "Moment of Action" - In front of the product we have 30-60 seconds where the employee will engage before they lose focus.
The idea is for the end-to-end process to take an employee less than a minute utilizing the mobile device GPS to identify the store from mobile location information and the product by scanning the bar-code.
Requirements
Needs to photograph the company product
Needs to capture Barcode/UPC
Needs to capture the GPS location
Needs to be device agnostic (Support Blackberry/iPhone/Android)
Needs to operate offline
