Dinnaco - iXBRL Fixes Round 1

Details

Each of the following 6 fixes needs to be resolved:

1. Document Detail Page: In the document viewer, when one clicks on a tag from the tag list it takes me to the area in the document where the tag is but it doesn’t highlight the tag so it is difficult to know which piece of information that has been applied to. Please highlight the tag in the document. 

2. Document Detail Page: Some of the colors used for context references are too dark hence making it difficult to read the actual data. Can we change the colors, may be replace dark blue with pale yellow or something else?
Note: Let's try to make the colors more clear as suggested - but clarify exactly where these can be adjusted in CSS (so the client can easily try other changes / colors) i.e. provide separate readme explaining how to change it.

3. Tag List (please make changes to tag list on all pages that they are shown): The tag list is little difficult to navigate through, especially with the large font face that we are using. Can we make text columns (like title) align to left rather than centre? And may be reduce the font?
Note: Do alignment, make a best "guess" at a good looking reduced font size, but clarify exactly where the font size can be adjusted i.e. provide separate readme explaining how to make changes to try different alignment and font sizes.

4. Tag List (please make changes to tag list on all pages that they are shown): Once you have filtered it, you cannot clear the filter on column “hidden” in the tag list. We need an option for “All” which allows to clear filter on all columns.

5. Dashboard (Landing Page): If you had selected an entity on dashboard. You then go to document viewer. When you go back to the dashboard, the debtor days are populated from the previous selection. We should just reset the old selection.
