For this challenge, we need make some changes to the daily tracker page as described below.
Details
Add a small ? icon next to every appointment and daily tracker on the daily tracker page. When clicked an overlay showing the tracker description and links to support content (documents and videos) will appear, similar to what is already shown on the KBI detail page.
