We’ve reached 800,000 members, CAB has reached their 6 month anniversary, and TCO15 has kicked off! We’ve been very busy and we’ve got a lot of great things for you to check out below:

Process & Challenge Updates

  • TCO15 Update: We kicked off our first TCO15 Regional event in Saint-Petersburg, Russia on May 31. The event had great attendance, fun, and some big cash winners. More info on the winners and the event recap coming soon! Thanks to everyone who attended the event. See some photos here. Our next event is in San Francisco and sponsored by MemSQL on June 20. • TCO16 Update: Want to win a t-shirt? Give us your thoughts on the upcoming TCO16! We want to hear from you.
  • In addition to SRMs and Marathon Matches, The Data Science team is beginning to launch ideation and code challenges aimed at data scientists. One has launched and you can look for another coming in the next two weeks in the Data Science track!
  • Marathon Matches are now being scheduled on the Events calendar with two new tags: “Tentative” and “Confirmed”. We’re hoping that by listing our tentative matches, members can get a better sense of what’s coming up.

Community Updates

  • We’ve reached 800,000 members! As Topcoder continues to grow, we want to hear from you. Leave some feedback and tell us about your most memorable moments in this forum thread.
  • Our Community Advisory Board (CAB) has reached their 6 month anniversary! The great work they are doing as representatives of the community can be followed in the CAB forum, where you are welcome to leave your feedback and just get to know these inspiring members! We at Topcoder thank [h]ghostar[/h], [h]egor[/h], [h]Nickolas[/h], [h]mahestro[/h], [h]talesforce[/h], and [h]iamtong[/h] for their valuable input and dedication to improving the community.
