We’re excited to show off a new part of the Topcoder platform: TaaS App, or Talent-as-a-Service app. TaaS is Topcoder’s Freelancer on-demand offering. Customers use the app to find and contract top talent for part time or full time work. Let’s see how it works.

Look inside TaaS App

You can complete your talent request by following the simple prompts in the TaaS UI, where you can elaborate on the number of people, the duration of the engagement, as well as a job description to source the talent you need from the Topcoder community.

We’ll bring you candidates and you’ll be able to review their resumes and schedule interviews with them. You can also see which specific skills are a match.

From here, you’ll be notified by somebody from Topcoder who will help coordinate the interview. In the near future, the platform will handle this step for you. 

Now let’s fast-forward a bit and say the interviews went great and candidates have joined your team as full or part-time freelancers. You’ll be able to see all their information right in the TaaS app. Their skills, jobs they’re assigned to, start and end dates, their weekly cost and more will all be at your fingertips.You can even easily extend TaaS agreements when you find talent you want to continue working with.
