TopCoder Joins Panel on Gov2.0 Agency Collaboration at NASWA UI Conference

NASWA, the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, invited TopCoder to participate in a panel examining how collaboration and open innovation practices are helping  government agencies work smarter while creating critical systems and other large-scale software projects.
