  That would be very interesting to appear there but I think it's impossible for me, so I'm just curious about the conditions in which coders write their solutions to understand how difficult it is to code there.

  Hello! I wonder what tools are available in TCO Championship (onsite). I mean compilers, editors. Is it possible to search some algorithm in the internet or not? Thanks in advance.

  Yes you are eligible to receive one and they have all ben sent out. Some may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Hopefully you'll get it soon!
