There are a number of options available:
- Use the help form to ask TopCoder staff for a help by describing what the specific goal of the project is
- Use the general TopCoder forums to discuss the issue and get feedback from both the admins (which monitor these forums) and the TopCoder community.
- One of the best options is to hire a Copilot who would then do all the necessary research and planning to make sure that a proper competition is matched to the needs of the project.

On the login page there is a “Forgot Password” link, which will take you through the steps of recovering your password. You will need to provide your handle or alternatively first and last names as well as the email address that we used when registering for the account.
If you do not have access to your email account that was used when registering with TopCoder then an alternative will also be provided.
