Forums are communication hub used throughout TopCoder platform, which act like a threaded chat and are used to exchange questions/answers and ideas for general topics as well as for specific contests or Projects.

A forum is automatically created when a contest is running. The registrants, the Copilot, the Project manager and the reviewers have the access to it.   It is the place where competitors can ask questions, exchange ideas, receiver clarifications and feedback from the  Project Manager and Copilot .
