Cockpit allows you to monitor the health of all your contests. It uses standard green/yellow/red indicators and applies them to various metrics that are tracked for each contest. If something is yellow or red, it needs your attention.
You can see these indicators in Contest Dashboard. The steps to see such indicators for any project would be as follows:

Go to the projects page http://www.topcoder.com/direct/allProjects

Choose the specific project you are interested in by clicking on its link (in the “Project” column)

You will be presented with a page, which at the top has a “Project Health” widget, which shows the health indicators for the project broken down into contests.
