One of the most important aspects of the TopCoder methodology is transparency and history of participation. The whole competition process in TopCoder is very visible and everybody has a track record. This applies to developers and it applies to copilots as well. Thus copilots are rated (i.e. how well they stack compared to each other) and have a full history of their engagements in TopCoder recorded and available to be perused.

To get an understanding of the strengths of each copilot you would need to do the following steps:

This is the copilot pool and each copilot has certain attributes that they have been ranked for which you can look into.

Check each of the copilot’s credentials and their statistics available when you click on any of the copilot’s “View Copilot Profile” link. When you do this you will be presented with a page, which explains the individual copilot’s statistics.
