• From the All Projects page, click on the project name hyperlink
  
•  This will open the Project Overview page.  From here, scroll down until you see the area labeled ‘Active Contests Health‘
  
• Click into the Contest hyperlink you want to see the timeline for
• The timeline for the contest will be located along the top of the Contest page
  

• From anywhere within Cockpit, hover over the ‘Dashboard‘ tab along the very top and select ‘Enterprise Dashboard (Beta)‘
  

If you hover over the dot in the column labeled ‘Forums‘ and you’ll get a pop-up box with gives you a link to the contest forum. Click on ‘View Thread‘ to go directly to the contest forum.

To set global Forum Alerts, take the following steps:

• From anywhere within Cockpit, click on the ‘Settings‘ tab
  
• The top area labeled ‘Notification Settings‘ contains the list of global Forum Alerts
  
• Read through each forum alert and description and decide if you want to enable or disable the alert for EVERYONE in your company.

Option 1:

• From the All Projects page, look to the right in the grid, and the last column is labeled ‘Operations‘
  
• You can access the Project Form by clicking on the hyperlink from here

Option 2:

• From the Project Overview page, scroll down to the section labeled ‘Project Forum‘
  
• Click on the hyperlink of the discussion you want to view

To edit permissions, take the following steps:

• Navigate to the project you want to edit the permissions for
• Click on the Edit icon next to the Project name
  
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the section labeled ‘Project Permissions & Notifications‘
  
• Edit the permissions as needed
• Click ‘Save Permissions‘ when finished  

Levels of Permission

1. Report Access – Someone with this access can only view and print off the Reports located in the Reports tab
   
2. Read Access – Someone with this access will have read-only privileges to the project
3. Write Access – Someone with this access will be able to edit the project
4. Full Access – Someone with this access will be able to edit the project and the permissions

• Click on the Hyperlink of the project you want to see
  

• Click on the ‘Contests‘ tab and select ‘Game Plan View‘
  

• From the All Projects page, click on the project name hyperlink
  
• Scroll down to about the middle of the Project page and you’ll see a section labeled ‘Project Copilots.’  This is where you can find a list of the copilot(s) currently working on your project.
  

• Click on the Hyperlink of the project you want to see
  
• Click on the ‘Contests‘ tab and select ‘Game Plan View‘
  
• Click on ‘Full Screen View‘
  
• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+ P to print the Game Plan (Gantt Chart)

The Contest forum is where the contestants will ask questions about each specific contest in your project.  As your project progresses, you may have 2 or 3 contests running at the same time, the copilot will monitor all these forums and answer questions as they come in.  If there is a question he cannot answer, he will escalate the question to you in the Project forum.

The Project Forum:

The Project forum can be accessed from the Project Overview page by scrolling down until you see the section labeled ‘Project Forum.’  You can click on the discussion topic hyperlink that needs attention.  You’ll know there are new questions in the Project forum because the number listed under the column labeled T./M. will appear in bold.

If you are watching the forum, you’ll also receive an email which will alert you to new questions in the Project forum.

The Contest Forums:

The Contest forums can be accessed from the Project Overview page by scrolling down until you see the section labeled ‘Active Contest Health‘

If you hover over the dot in the column labeled ‘Forums‘ and you’ll get a pop-up box with gives you a link to the contest forum. Click on ‘View Thread‘ to go directly to the contest forum.
