Challenge Summary

Welcome to Connected Clinic - Mobile Application Design F2F Challenge. Recently, we completed the initial design concepts challenge to get the iPad landscape screens - as a continution we are looking to design the mobile portrait screens based on the given iPad landscape screens.

Connected Clinic is a new health services application that allows health care providers and patients track their progress on detailed health care plans and templates.


DESIGN F2F GUIDELINES:
- This challenge is subjective. The first solution that the client likes and fulfills the requirements will win.
- We will consider and provide feedback for submissions until we have a perfect design..

Required Screens:
- We need mobile portrait version for below iPad screens..
- You can have the size as 640 x 1136px
- We would like you to follow the Salesforce1 (sfdc-styleguide.herokuapp.com/) styles.

- How do you think the main navigation need to be handled?

Welcome: (1_Welcome.png)
- Create the mobile version of the welcome page

Dashboard: (3_Dashboard_1_info.png, 3_Dashboard_2_Sort.png, 3_Dashboard.png)
- Each sections (My Goals, My Open Tasks, Activity Feed, My Patients and My Calendar) of the dashboard shown on choosing an item in "7_Mobile_4_mdp.png"
- When we are looking at a section (7_Mobile_1_my_goals.png), we can see a down arrow icon, clicking on it will show the menu (7_Mobile_4_mdp.png). Example of MDP launcher can be seen here http://sfdc-styleguide.herokuapp.com/?id=examples (click on "MDP Launcher")
- Only one section (My Goals) has been shown for mobile design (7_Mobile_1_my_goals.png), we would like you to design the screens for rest of the sections (My Open Tasks, Activity Feed, My Patients and My Calendar)..
- Sorting has been shown in the existing mobile view (7_Mobile_1_my_goals_sort.png).

Templates: (4_Templates_scroll.png, 4_Templates.png)
- This is the templates screens where doctors choose any one of the templates..
- How do you think this page need to be laid out in mobile..?

CarePlan: (5_CarePlan_1_Assign.png, 5_CarePlan_2_Assigned.png, 5_CarePlan_3_Assigned_Change_Status.png, 5_CarePlan.png)
- This is the careplan template which will be assigned to a patient.
- Please show all interactions as shown in the above listed careplan screens
- Note that modal screes should not be as shown in the iPad screens, it need to be shown as http://sfdc-styleguide.herokuapp.com/?id=examples (click on "sort/filter modal")

Case Details: (6_Case_1_goal.png, 6_Case_2_feed.png, 6_Case_3_Scroll.png, 6_Case.png)
- This shows the case details of a patient..
- This page has many sections, we are looking for your ideas on how to handle them in a mobile layout..

Target Audience:
- This application is for the health care industry and it’s target users will be health care providers and patients.

- How well you design the provided design challenge
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Design and User Experience.

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Please upload PNG images in a zip file with all requested contest requirements stated above. Number your files (01, 02, 03, etc) this will help review them in order.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as layered PSD/AI files. 

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics, images (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
